New iLog User Requests

Please include this information in your request:

Your first and last name.
Your preferred iLog username (please use something you'll remember!).
State:

which logs (e.g., operations, detector)
and which sites (Caltech, MIT, LHO, and/or LLO) you wish to access.

Your long-term office phone number.
Your e-mail address.
LHO and LLO iLog acounts only -

State whether the account must be created before the next Tuesday maintenance window. (Accounts at the observatories are generally added on Tuesdays during instrument maintenance windows.)

For accounts on the LHO (Hanford) logs , please send your request to Dave Barker <barker@ligo-wa.caltech.edu>
For accounts on the LLO (Livingston) logs , please send your request to Dwayne Giardina <giardina_d@ligo-la.caltech.edu>
For accounts on the Caltech logs , please send your request to Phil Ehrens <pehrens@ligo.caltech.edu>
For accounts on the MIT logs , please send your request to Fred Donovan <fjd@mit.edu>

In ALL cases, please "Cc" your request to the LIGO personnel supervisor who is approving this account for you. for LSC members requesting detector iLog accounts at LHO or LLO related to scimon work, Keith Riles <kriles@umich.edu> should be included on the Cc list.
