If a particular LDAS system is not responding, or it seems that one component of it is not functioning (e.g. you get error messages which seem to indicate that the database server process is not running), please notify the appropriate system administrators:
If your LDAS job returns an error, and you think it may be due to a bug or other problem within LDAS (even if you are not sure), please go to the LDAS Problem Tracking System and create a Problem Report. If prompted for a username and password, enter your unix username and use "guest" for the password. Please be sure to include full details about the problem, including the LDAS system to which it was submitted, the exact user command you submitted, the LDAS job ID that was assigned to the job (if unknown, then indicate the approximate time that you submitted the user command), and any error messages that were returned. The Problem Report form has a function to allow you to attach files, but I am not sure whether it works properly, so it is better to just type/copy information into the form itself.
